I love Nightfall as a tasty, comforting night time treat, on those nights when chamomile just won't cut it!
The flavour is earthy, spicy and soporific, but unfortunately it hasn't improved my frequent waking

Absolute devotee of StellarMind, wasn't such a fan of Night Fall. I lasted about three cups, I mixed it with lots of adders to mask the funky flavour. It does what it says though, an absolute legend for that evening sleepy feeling inducer but sadly the flavour was a barrier for me. It might be for you though, Stellar Mind is more my style!

Night fall is earthy and satisfying. I love the richness of the blend. The combo of Reishi + ashwagand an and chai spices is a real winner!

So easy to drift off to sleep after a cup of this earthy goodness! And I find it much easier to re-settle to sleep if I wake through the night when I’ve had Night Fall before bed.

One of the better blends I've tried. I notice that I can settle easier when I have had a high functioning day and need that little extra help to settle. Tastes great too!

I Bought sample packs and just finished this last night. So good! I have noticed the difference in sleep and also before sleep how fast I am winding down.

My eyes start getting heavy pretty soon after finishing this drink. I've found I'm falling asleep faster and when I wake up at night I'm getting back to sleep more easily. Definitely worth a try if other sleep remedies haven't worked for you!

I wish I could say it is delicious but I can’t. I’m trying it with different concoctions to find what makes it drinkable for me. I know it’s good for me so I’ll persevere. So far I can manage the flavour when mixed with my decaf and soy milk. Hoping for improved sleep to come.

Not going to lie, the Night Fall smells much better than it tastes; it was really hard to drink. Tried milk, honey, and finally settled on condensed milk. Probably not what would be recommended, but it makes it right for me.
I’m really happy I persevered with it though, it has improved my sleep dramatically - it’s a more restful sleep and it’s a lot easier to get back to sleep now, when I wake up during the night (which I still do, 2 or 3 times).

At first sip, I thought it was disgusting. But somehow by the end of the cup, I was enjoying it, especially the lingering ginger and spice taste. I prefer to drink it as is or with a bit of cacao powder.
Most importantly, I sleep better after drinking it.

Forever 5+ stars with this product

I drink this most nights before I go to bed and always wake up feeling fresher when I do. It's also a much healthier alternative to other things I could be snacking on at that time of night!

It’s a nice evening drink to wind down with but tastes lovely with a bit of honey added to it!

This has helped me to get a much deeper sleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. Plus the mug is so much fun to use.

Fantastic high quality ingredients, mixes well. Admittedly it’s not my favourite, I will give the blend another go with a teaspoon of honey, great little sample size pack.
