Original Blend is our rich, dark-chocolate cacao ritual designed to replace your daily coffee, minus the jitters, anxiety or crash. Powered by 7 functional mushrooms and warming Ayurvedic spices, it delivers calm, steady energy and balanced focus in every cup.

Stellar Mind is your daily boost for sharp focus and clean energy. With science-backed ingredients like Lion’s Mane (double the amount compared to Original Blend), Cordyceps, and adaptogens, this blend supports mental clarity, productivity and sustained energy.

Night Fall is your soothing night time cacao ritual crafted for deep rest, relaxation and recovery. Infused with Reishi, Ashwagandha and botanicals, it helps you unwind, de-stress and drift into restorative sleep without grogginess the next morning.

Earthrise coffee alternative does contain a small amount of caffeine, roughly one tenth of the amount contained in a standard cup of coffee. This comes naturally from the cacao, but is experienced differently to caffeine that comes from coffee beans due to the accompanying high theobromine content!

Our Night Fall coffee alternative product contains zero caffeine.

All of our ingredients are shipped to Melbourne where they’re assembled, packaged and distributed to you. Earthrise mushroom coffee is made in Australia.

Because we use ceremonial grade cacao, it’s best to mechanically blend or mix your Earthrise with 150mL of hot water to unlock all of the benefits. We like ours with a bit of honey and oat milk, but you do you!

None of our mushrooms will make you trip but the taste, value, quality and benefits of our product might. Stay safe out there.

Earthrise combines a host of natural ingredients to recreate the experience of drinking coffee - without the actual coffee. We’ve got nothing against it, it’s just not right for us anymore. Most other coffee replacements use real coffee beans in their blends. We do not.

While we’d usually shout the benefits of Earthrise from the rooftops, you know your body better than anybody and should speak with a health professional before consuming if you are at all concerned.

While our products don't contain gluten, we cannot state we are gluten-free due to certifications we currently do not hold. We are actively working on this and will update the community very soon.

Subscriptions

A bunch of our blends can be set up on subscription so your favourites land on your doorstep every month without you lifting a finger. After your first order, you can jump into your account anytime to adjust things exactly how you like them.

Swap products, pause a month, change your delivery date, add a discount code for a future order... it’s all in your control. You can cancel whenever you need to.

Shipping

All orders ship from Melbourne, Australia within 48 business hours of confirmation and usually take 3-4 days to arrive via Standard Delivery.

We ship all of our orders from Melbourne, Australia.

If your tracking says your order has arrived but you can’t find it, don’t stress, here’s what to try first:

  • Open your tracking link to see if the carrier left any notes or delivery photos.
  • Drop by your local post office, as parcels are sometimes held there even without a card.
  • Have a quick look around your home and check with neighbours or anyone who might have accepted it on your behalf.

If the package is still missing after those checks, just reach out to us at and we’ll sort it out with you as quickly as we can.

If something in your delivery isn’t quite right, we’ll get it sorted. The quickest way for us to help is to send us a photo of what arrived, plus a picture of the packing slip so we can check everything against your order.

It’s also worth double-checking your confirmation email to make sure the items match what you originally selected.

Once we’ve confirmed the mix-up, we’ll organise a replacement or the correct item to be sent out straight away. Our team aims to fix these issues quickly and with zero hassle, so feel free to reach out if you need anything else.

Returns

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges on any unopened, sealed products within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition with the seal intact.

For safety reasons, please don’t send back opened or used products, they can’t be processed and will be discarded.

If you need support at any point, our team is here to help.

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items except our 90-serve bags.

This applies to first-time purchases of each product only. If you’ve bought extras of the same item, those additional units must be returned unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

We encourage you to use the product consistently for the full 30 days — that’s when most people notice the real benefits.

Please note:

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products should not be sent back to us.
  • This guarantee is only available for orders made directly through www.earthrise.au
  • Each product is covered once per customer.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • In rare cases, we may decline a claim if something doesn’t meet these guidelines.
