30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on selected products. This means you must request your return or refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, and the guarantee only applies to your first purchase.
The guarantee does not apply to 90 serving products or individually purchased accessories. It also does not apply to bundles, with the exception of the Sample Bundle and our Starter Kit. Basically, our guarantee is designed to cover the products most people buy to try us out first. It applies to our entry-level items so you can see if Earthrise is right for you without risk.
It doesn’t apply to large, high-value items like 90-serve products, individually purchased accessories, or our non-starter bundles. Those are bigger commitments, and as a small business, we can’t give away large or premium bundles for free.
Terms
Opened bags of product or used accessories should not be returned to us, and we ask that you pass them on to someone else who might enjoy them instead of discarding them. We will only provide a refund for opened products or used accessories if you meet the terms of the 30 day money back guarantee.
If you have any product that is unopened and untampered with and you'd like to return it for a refund, you will be required to send it to our return address at:

You will be required to cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition then we will authorise a refund.
Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us ASAP if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account and this is beyond on our control.
