I was pleasantly surprised by this product! It doesn't taste like coffee, nor does it say it does... however the taste and ritual of making it first up in the morning, has sufficiently replaced my old habit of a properly brewed coffee (I have a Barista style machine at home). I've only tried the Clarity/Focus but am now keen to try the others. And don't get me started on the Stirring Cup...that thing is simplistic genius!!!! I Love It! Thanks guys 🙏
I'm really enjoying the Original Blend Coffee Alternative - Balance Energy. I'm now down to one coffee a day - soon none. I love the mild taste and the pick me up in the mid-afternoon. Also, unlike coffee the product doesn't aggravate my silent reflux. Thanks.
I wanted to like this, but the flavour just isn’t for me. I was hoping for a coffee alternative with more of a roasted or mushroom taste, but the spice blend is super strong and takes over in all three products. If you’re into heavily spiced drinks you might love it, but if you’re trying to replace the taste of coffee, it probably won’t hit the spot. I wish it wasn’t marketed as a coffee alternative, because it doesn’t taste like coffee at all.

We never say we taste like coffee, because we don't. We definitely lean into a Chai-spiced profile to mask the earthiness, because honestly, a drink that tastes purely like 'roasted mushrooms' would taste like crap. I love my morning mushrooms! I had to give up coffee for health reasons, but still love a warm & strong morning brew. It tastes great, there are no added sweeteners, and it gives me a nice boost with all the health benefits from the mushrooms and no crash. I've tried a few different brands and I've landed on this one as my favourite, for enjoyment and health value. I also love the company ethos and emails (and I normally dislike email marketing!). I decided to break up with coffee as I think there are more negative effects than positive on the body.
I bought the bundle to sample each flavour and see how they affected me, and I love the clean energy the day blends provide. I still get to have my morning ritual, but with delicious flavours and zero crash.

Being someone with inattentive ADHD who drinks copious amounts of coffee per day, I was trying to find something that would provide sustained energy and mental clarity.
I was skeptical at first but grateful that I decided to give this coffee alternative an honest go. The flavour is delicious and although it took a couple of weeks for me to feel the effects, I’m happy that I was consistent and stuck with it. Thank you, Earthrise :)

Tastes great, fantastic coffee alternative. However even though the starter pack is good value, after that it becomes a little pricey. The button on the cup has also faded within a week of using, so unless you know where it is, you are tapping your thumb around constantly to try and turn it on, the cup itself works well and it is a great concept, however the battery doesnt last that long maybe 2-3 cups before charge. In saying that it only takes around 15min to charge back up.

Having tried the other products from Earthrise, I decided to give Dark Matter a go and it hasn't disappointed! It has become my daily dose of yum! Dark Matter's taste is a truly chocolatey hit, with just the perfect sweetness from coconut sugar. I have been enjoying Dark Matter throughout the day, and sometimes at night, and it also has the added benefit of their special mushroom blend. It's a keeper for me and I hope it becomes a regular product.

Absolutely in love with this hot chocolate. The perfect level of chocolate-y without being overly sweet, and no feeling of heaviness either if drank in the evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an all day hot chocolate!

With all the Chic marketing around these days, I was kinda lined up for disappointment - but NO! As someone diagnosed with ADHD I can feel the difference Earthrise gives me. I feel increased energy and more awake/alive in the morning. No dried mushroom taste, but all the benefits, including what the cocoa brings to the table. Yum!

Any company that does smaller sample buys tells me they have faith in their product.
I’m a brutally honest reviewer and I can say it’s very well balanced with flavour.
No you cannot taste any mushroom and the cacao is not overbearing.
Will it give you an energy pump like you have just downed a double shot espresso No but it still gives you that energy you need for your day.
If you’re umming and ahhing just buy it, you never know until you try.

I have been buying the Earthrise mushroom coffees for a while now and really love them. I swapped from decaf regular coffee to Stellar Mind and Balance as I like coffee but didn't want the concerns over how the coffee was decaffeinated, plus I love cacao and love the health benefits of the mushrooms.
