Nourishing my body!

I have been drinking Earthrise for several weeks (months?) now, and find I am getting to mid-afternoon and really wanting a mug of Earthrise! I find it so nourishing instead of reaching for a coffee. I also can have this in the evening without worrying about being kept awake. The most delicious drink - a little like a chocolate chai - yum!

Earthrise does contain a small amount of caffeine, roughly one tenth of the amount contained in a standard cup of coffee. This comes naturally from the cacao, but is experienced differently to caffeine that comes from coffee beans due to the accompanying high theobromine content.
