Delicious and uplifting

Absolutely loving my new morning routine with Earthrise. Did you know you can also use the self stirring mug as an emotional regulation tool for toddlers? We watch the swirl and copy the slurping sound (long breath in) then gentle and slowly blow to cool the drink down. Note: lower volume and not super hot since I have the lid off.
Then I get to enjoy my drink in relax mode.
My husband has also taken up this morning routine. Highly recommend!

Nourishing my body!

I have been drinking Earthrise for several weeks (months?) now, and find I am getting to mid-afternoon and really wanting a mug of Earthrise! I find it so nourishing instead of reaching for a coffee.
