Things are moving fast, but I wanted to take five minutes to ground myself and share some pretty "pinch-me" milestones with the people who actually made them happen.
I’ll just come out and say it:
Earthrise is officially the #1 coffee alternative in Australia.
We didn’t just pull that title out of thin air. We’ve been obsessively tracking the data to make sure we’re actually delivering on our mission.
We track everything:
- Everyone is sipping more Earthrise than ever.
- Our average review ratings remain at the top of the category.
- We have majority market share in our advertising campaigns.
- From social media engagement and search trends to AI references, the momentum is undeniable.
Being #1 isn't about the ego; it’s about the fact that more Australians are choosing focus and flow over caffeine jitters. That’s the real win.
Speaking of wins, we just hit a massive internal milestone: 10,000 customers across Australia.
Ten thousand of you. If we all stood in a room together... well, we’d need a very large room and a lot of hot water. Seeing that number click over on the dashboard was surreal. What started as a "scramble" (as I called it in Update #1) has turned into a genuine movement. To every single one of those 10,000:

In other news, we’ve officially released the New Earthrise Self-Stirring Mug. We took the original model and essentially gave it a "superhero" upgrade based on your feedback. It now features:
- Integrated Thermometer: No more guessing if it’s at the perfect sipping temp.
- Stronger Spin: A more powerful vortex for an even smoother blend.
- Longer Battery Life: More frothy goodness between charges.
The best part? We kept the price exactly the same. We wanted to reward the community with a better experience without the tech tax.
Wholesale continues to be our quiet achiever. Seeing Earthrise on more cafe counters and boutique shelves across the country still gives me that mix of disbelief and pride. It’s becoming a staple, not just a niche find.
Finally, we’re feeling a bit bold. We’ve decided to start submitting Earthrise for a few business and innovation awards this year. We’ve always focused on the work rather than the trophies, but we figured it’s time to see how our little Aussie brand stacks up on the big stage. Let’s see how we go!
